Multiple Orders Types

A2000 F&B POS can be used in multiple ways; as a traditional restaurant with a Dine-In order type, take-away or even for a fast-food having a delivery system. The flexible system allows user to enter all orders type at the same time or choose the one that match your actual restaurant service.

Table Management

With A2000 F&B POS, you can create as many tables and seats as your restaurant have. On each table, for the Dine-in type, you can place orders and monitor when the order has been placed and since how many times the table is occupied. You can even monitor if a meal is ready or not. If the customer changes his mind, you can cancel a meal

Staff Role Management

By providing new roles, A2000 F&B POS lets you define what a staff member can do. Typically, Large restaurant has Waiters and Cashiers. In that situation, the waiter place order, and the payment is made from the cashier end.

Multiple Kitchens & Printing

With A2000 F&B POS, you may define many kitchens which handle different type of meals. For instance, a BAR can be created where items in the drink’s category can be routed to, or a VEGERARIAN Kitchen or a DESSERT Kitchen etc. This feature of Split Printing @Kitchen is a very useful feature.

Waiter Screen

Similar to what the Chef has in a Kitchen Screen to monitor new orders, the waiters have a screen too, to monitor ready meals. Orders can be served as soon as they are ready to the customer. When a meal is ready, the waiter can see the order and “COLLECT” it, which changes the status of the meal from “ready” to “collected”.
